3. Reservation Policy
All reservations made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by The Olive Land. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. 
• The guest will be charged the 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 20 days before arrival. 
• In case of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

5. Payment Policy
• In order to secure the reservation, the hotel will charge the credit card provided with 30% of the total stay as a deposit, after the free cancelation period has expired.
• The remaining balance will be settled upon arrival

6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during their stay at The Olive Land. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in disruptive behavior.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property
